Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customers may choose a replacement or a full refund.

Returns are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Product:
    If the product is received damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at 9271180803 or customercare@ollisvell.com. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. The product must be returned with original packaging and all contents.

  • Wrong Product Delivered:
    If you receive an incorrect product, please inform our Customer Care Team immediately at 9271180803 or customercare@ollisvell.com. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund. The product must be returned with original packaging and all contents.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowed without any questions for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
For prepaid orders, the payment gateway base fee charged to us will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Please note that cancellations are allowed only before the product is shipped from our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. In the event that a product is found to be nearing its expiry date or has expired, the following exchange policy shall apply:

  • Products that are nearing expiry or have expired at the time of delivery are eligible for exchange.

  • Such products will be exchanged at no additional cost to the buyer.

  • The buyer must raise an exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with clear images of the product showing the expiry details.

  • Upon verification, a replacement product will be dispatched subject to stock availability.

This exchange policy applies only to expiry-related concerns and does not cover damages caused due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

Grievance Redressal Policy

Ollisvell Caretech Private Limited has a well defined process for receiving and registering grievances via helpline number/email. We encourage our customers to report to us any grievances and issues that they face regarding products or services.

Note:- For any complaint post-delivery of your orders, you may report to us within 48 hours from the date of delivery else we shall not entertain any complaints after the defined timeline.
