Orders placed on our website or mobile app are dispatched within 24 working hours after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 working days.

Delivery timelines may be affected due to unavoidable circumstances, remote locations, or areas not covered by our courier partners.

Early or express delivery is not available at present.
Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.

If the address is incomplete/incorrect, delivery will depend on your coordination with the delivery partner.

The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.

If delivery fails due to unavailability, incorrect address, or unreachable phone number, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

Once an order is marked as RTO and received back by us, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Re-delivery is not available for RTO orders. To receive the product, please place a fresh order.
Product Expiry & ShelfLife Information
As per Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, all applicable products display their Best Before / Use By date on the platform.
Minimum Shelf Life at Delivery

Products with shelf life less than 6 months: minimum 20% remaining

Products with shelf life less than 1 year: minimum 10% remaining

Products with shelf life more than 1 year: minimum 10% remaining
Shipping Charges

Orders ₹2000 or above → Free Delivery

Orders between ₹1000 – ₹2000 → ₹60 delivery charge
Payment Mode
